Dear Greenwood residents, per the order of the State of Ohio, GVCA has shut down all non-essential services other than those needed for Health and Safety.

The clubhouse is locked and all meetings and events are cancelled.  

The playground and tennis courts are closed.  

Please practice social distancing when on the common property. 

GVCA is maintaining a minimal crew to ensure the health and safety of the GVCA facilities and properties during this time.

ACCES passed the following motion: “Due to the “stay at home” order by the State of Ohio, all Request for Approvals ACCES received after March 23 will be denied.  After the lifting of the order ACCES will resume reviewing Requests for Approvals, including those denied during the shutdown.”

GVCA strongly encourages residents to postpone submitting any Request for Approvals to ACCES until after the order is lifted.    

If you have an emergency request to submit to ACCES, only electronic submittals are being accepted and must be e-mailed to “gvca_office@yahoo.com”.
