Greenwood Village Community Association
GVCA (Greenwood Village Community Association, Inc.) is the non-profit organization responsible for the preservation of the value and natural beauty of Greenwood Village. All property owners and renters in Greenwood Village are members of GVCA. The governing body of Greenwood Village consists of an unpaid, volunteer Board of Trustees, elected by the property owners.

GVCA Management
All the operations and management of the village’s common properties and land are overseen by GVCA or their representatives. GVCA Trustees hire an agent to manage the association under their direction and within the guidelines of the legal documents. The full-time GVCA staff consists of the GVCA Manager, the Assistant Manager/Pool Supervisor, the Administrative Assistant, the Maintenance Supervisor, and the Head Lifeguard. The part-time staff consists of the lifeguards and maintenance workers. Contractors are hired to provide landscape maintenance and other major services. The GVCA staff is responsible for day-to-day operations, as well as the implementation of the long-range plans of the GVCA Board. Download the GVCA General Information Sheet (PDF format).

GVCA Office
The GVCA Office is located inside “The Village Club” Clubhouse (830 Village Club Drive) on the second floor overlooking the indoor pool. Stop by or call the office at (330) 467-7036 if you need to rent a party room, borrow open house signs, get activity passes, submit applications for ACCES, get forms, or if you just have questions. Association Fees
Greenwood Village operations are funded primarily from fees paid by each unit owner. These association fees are due semi-annually on January 1 and July 1 of each year. The fees are used to manage and maintain the community clubhouse, the indoor and outdoor pools, Marshall Lake, the tennis courts, and 50 properties making up the Common Open Spaces of Greenwood. The fee is determined by the GVCA Board of Trustees, based on funds needed for daily operations, routine maintenance, capital improvements, and funding of adequate reserves.

GVCA Communications
All GVCA news,events, issues and information are available on this website. GVCA also has a facebook page for news and comments.  A monthly newsletter provides information about events and issues to Greenwood residents. The newsletter is distributed to residents and a limited numbers of printed copies of the Newsletter are available at and outside the GV office. GVCA approved groups can post information and news on the website and newsletter by contacting the GVCA office.

Residents can place free classified ads for housing, items for sale, services, wanted, and lost and found on the website and in the newsletter. Website ads can include up to 4 pictures. Newsletter ads are limited to a single 2-line classified ad.
