Facilities Usage Rules
The Greenwood Village offers a variety of facilities for the use residents and guests including  indoor and outdoor pools, workout equipment, saunas, playground equipment, tennis courts and a fishing lake. The clubhouse also provides meeting and party rooms for private parties, meetings and additional functions. The GVCA board has developed regulations to ensure the safety of individuals using the facilities and to maintain the facilities at the standards that are valued in Greenwood Village.

Activity Passes
Residential activity passes are required to use the pool, lake, saunas, playground and tennis courts. Failure to present your pass will result in non-admittance. GVCA activity passes are free and do not expire. Each family member residing in a unit year round receives their own pass. A limited number of guest passes may be purchased for non-residents and a resident must accompany guests to use the facilities.

Proof of residency will be required to obtain a Greenwood activity pass, and may be requested periodically to verify continued residency. The list of accepted Proof of Residency Documents and the Activity Pass Form are posted on the web site under “Forms”. Please review both carefully before coming to the GVCA Office for an activity pass.

Greenwood Village Pool Regulations for Use
The outdoor pool is open from the Saturday before Memorial Day thru Labor Day (as the weather permits). The indoor pool is open the rest of the year. Non co-ed dry heat saunas are located in the locker rooms. The saunas are closed during the summer months. The Oak Knolls and Williamsburg pools are not GVCA pools. They are for the use of Oak Knolls or Williamsburg residents and guests ONLY.

Residents must have activity passes to enter and use the pool areas. Up to 5 guests are permitted during pool visits if accompanied by a resident. Guest passes can be obtained in the office.

If you have any questions or concerns, please call Debbie Harler, Pool Manager, at 330-467-1593.

Rules are in place to insure a fun and safe experience for everyone. Lifeguards are the authority figures in the pool area and their say is final. Open swim hours are posted at the pool, on the website (right column, all pages) and in the newsletter. Only USCG approved personal flotation devices may be worn in the pool. Anyone who wishes to swim in the deep end may be required by the lifeguard to pass a swim test. Swimmers must exit the pool during pool breaks.
