Tuesday, May 21, 2019, the GVCA Board passed the budget for Fiscal Year 2020, which begins July 1, 2019.

As part of the budget approval, the Annual Assessment of Members was set at $464 per unit. The first half of the Annual Assessment, $232, referred to as the Semi-Annual Fee, is due July 1. The second half of the Annual Assessment, also $232, is due January 1, 2020.

Watch your mail box for the semi-annual billings, which will be mailed out in June and December. Please contact the GVCA office if you do not receive your bills by June 17 and December 16.
