Saturday, January 15, 2022, is the deadline to avoid the late charge for paying the Greenwood Village semi-annual assessment of $232, which was due January 1, 2022.

Make your check payable to “GVCA”, remember to use “2022” when you date your check, and please mail to:

We will count your payment as on time as long as the postmark date is on or before January 15, 2022.

You can also place your check in the drop box outside the building beside the indoor pool door.

Better yet, when you come up to enjoy the warm indoor pool and wonderful sauna, just place your check in the slot in the GVCA office door.
