The color version of the June Newsletter is posted on the website, and the black and white paper version has been mailed to Greenwood Owners, along with the bill for their semi-annual GVCA assessment, which is due July 1. For owners with no outstanding balance, they have until July 15 to pay without penalty, but we recommend paying the bill when received, to avoid missing the deadline and being charged a $30 late fee. Any owner who did not receive a bill should contact the GVCA office at 330-467-7036.

The semi-annual assessments for Fiscal Year 2024, which are the July 2023 and January 2024 assessments, were approved by the GVCA Board at the May meeting to be $252 each, for a combined total of $504 for the Fiscal Year, which is only a 2% increase over the last Fiscal Year.
