A few letters requesting residents correct some violations were issued. A brief discussion was held on the new rules for retractable awnings and the ACCES committee was asked to make these and return to the Board in November for final vote on the matter.
  • The Landscape Committee reported on their review of contracts for landscaping and tree maintenance for the next year and recapped some of the work the Committee has been asked to do over the year in reference to their budget. Residents were thanked for their donations of trees and shrubs which would otherwise be an expense borne by the Greenwood Village budget.

After some discussion, the chair was asked for more details about the new platform, the costs of migrating the website to it and to discuss it again at the next board meeting.
