The Greenwood Clubhouse (other than the indoor pool) continues to be closed per the Governor’s order. If you heard the loud noise but did not get a chance to see, the power company hired a helicopter pilot to trim the Right of Way along the high tension power lines, with 10 big circular saw blades arranged in a row on a big bar hanging from under the helicopter. It trimmed any… Read more »
The annual Hidden Canyon Hike as been moved to Saturday, April 24, at 9:00 am. Meet in the Clubhouse parking lot, and wear waterproof boots as we will be hiking along the stream bed. Also, sign up for the Trout Derby ASAP. Like the flower sale, spots are limited!

The weather was perfect on Saturday,March 27, as GVCA held its first Easter Egg Hunt & Roll. We had a three great groups of egg hunters, each hunter found at least 10 candy-filled eggs. Afterwards we held the egg roll races. Who knew eggs could roll so fast, they had to run to keep up!… Read more »
Spring is the time when many wild animals have their young, so they are more aggressive and territorial than normal.
