In July the Board approved changes to Room Rentals, including having to pay in full for the room earlier, and reduced returns for cancellations, to prevent residents from reserving rooms and then cancelling when it is too late to rent the room to someone else.

Go to the Forms menu to see the new Room Rental Contract. Renters also need to sign an Rental Covid Rules Acknowledgement Form Approved in June.

In August the Board selected a new security company, PSI, which means party security rates will come down from $35 per hour to $30 per hour for party room rentals, with a 4 hour minimum. PSI will also do nightly patrols to ensure the GVCA facilities such as the clubhouse, parking lot, fishing lake, tennis courts, and stone cabin are secure and being used only by Greenwood residents and their guests.
