For your safety and ours during the COVID epidemic, we ask that residents mail their semi-annual fee payment instead of trying to hand deliver them to the office which is closed. We did set up an drop-off box outside the door for those who don’t get this message. Payments are due January 1, but if you have no outstanding balance, the amount owed is $232 (no increase) and you have until January 15 to pay before a late fee is added.
