Per the State of Ohio, the Clubhouse Facilities are CLOSED. While the GVCA Office is staffed, the doors are locked.

Please use US mail, phone (330-467-7036), or
e-mail (gvca_office@yahoo.com) to conduct your transactions with the GVCA Office.

All classes, group events, and condominium annual meetings are cancelled or postponed. Please contact your own condominium association or management company to see if your monthly board meeting will still occur, as it may be conducted via phone or other means, cancelled, or postponed.

With the uncertainly about the duration of the CDC’s ban on events, we are not taking new rental reservations for party rooms at this time. If you have an event scheduled at the clubhouse in the next month, we will be contacting you about cancelling your event.

Cancellation of events further out will depend on future CDC recommendations. Since we cannot state with certainty that your event will not be cancelled, for the safety of you and your guests, use your best judgement as to whether you want to cancel your event now. If you do, you will receive a full refund at this time.
