Your GVCA Bill has been mailed out and the Semi-Annual Assessment of $247 is Due July 1. Note the amount is an increase of $15 from the amount in January, the first increase in 3 years. The January Fee will also be $247 for those who like to pay the full year at once.

Enclosed with your bill is the June Newsletter listing all the fun activities we have planned for the summer, and an invitation to the annual Greenwood Owners Meeting on Monday, June 27 at 7:30 pm at the Clubhouse, with the Ballot for Trustees on the reverse side. Please watch your mailbox and contact the GVCA Office at 330-467-7036 if you do not recieve yours by Friday, June 10.
