Correction: In our hurry to send out the billing and newsletter before Thanksgiving, we forgot to update the dates on the bills.

It should say “GVCA Semi-Annual Bill – January 2024 Billing”, (not July 2023) on the top section that you return with your payment.

It should say “Total Amount Due by January 1, 2024” (not November 30, 2023) on the bottom section.

Below that, it should say “If the “Total Amt. Due” is not paid by Jan. 15, a $30 late charge will be added,”, (not “If not paid by month’s end, a $35 late charge will be added,”).

The Amounts listed on your bill and Guest Pass Expiration Dates are accurate. Our apology for the date errors on the bill.
