Situated in a striking lakeside setting, the Greenwood Village Clubhouse  provides a convenient gathering place for Greenwood Village residents for a variety of activities. The GVCA offices, meeting and party rooms, the indoor pool, saunas and workout equipment are located within the clubhouse.  The Community Room provides a convenient voting place for local and national elections.  An outdoor pool and Marshall Lake are adjacent to the clubhouse  and tennis courts and playground equipment are located on the grounds surrounding the clubhouse.

Clubhouse Location
The clubhouse is located on the corner of Village Parkway and Village Club Drive at 830 Village Club Drive. Look for the American flag in front of the building. The entrance to the main parking lot is located past the building on the right. The entrance to the indoor pool and GVCA office is the right-hand side glass doors at the top of the front stairs.

Inside the Clubhouse
The clubhouse includes an indoor pool, fitness equipment and saunas. The village office  is located on the second level of the clubhouse overlooking the indoor pool. A bulletin board, available for residental notices, is located nearby.

The two Greenwood Village party rooms are located inside the clubhouse and are available for rent by village residents. They can be viewed by appointment during office hours. The Garden Room (small room) is located under the deck in the front of the building. The larger Community Room, located by the lake, includes a balcony. Each room has its own kitchen and separate entrances.

Outside the Clubhouse
The beautiful parklike grounds surrounding the clubhouse include the outdoor pooltennis courts, and children’s play area.  Marshall Lake, adjacent to the clubhouse, is  stocked with a variety of fish and open to fishing by village residents.
