Thank you to all the residents who already paid the GVCA semi-annual assessment of $252.

To those who have yet to pay, we mailed out a second bill (with the correct dates) on December 14th, so check your mail, and call the GVCA office (330-467-7036) if you did not receive it.

Note: Anyone who has an outstanding balance from July needs to pay the full Balance Due before December 30, 2023, to avoid another late fee and further collection action. For everyone else, the $252 fee is due January 1, 2024, and you have until January 15, 2024, to pay it. If not, a $30 late fee will be added January 16, 2024, and a $35 late fee will be added at the end of every month.
