Dear Greenwood Residents,
I would like to thank all residents who attended the GVCA Annual Meeting on Monday evening, June 25, 2018, and the Vision 20/20 slideshow review before the meeting.
Wayne Nieman properly received recognition at the annual GVCA meeting for outstanding service going above and beyond for all of us at Greenwood Village. If you didn’t know, Wayne has been our dedicated Head Maintenance employee for more than 28 years. We all greatly appreciate his un-sung work habits and constant attention to small details making Greenwood beautiful.
The annual meeting also showcased the work being performed throughout Greenwood Village. Great job to our entire staff!

Our Annual Summer Party is a great opportunity to meet your neighbors and make new friends. Bring a covered dish and protein on Saturday, July 21, at 7 pm and dance or swim the night away. (Party Flyer)
Yes, the contractor for the National Park Service (NPS) has begun the arduous process of removing the NPS bridges and preparing to re-open the trail. We apologize for the inconvenience that will continue through the summer and fall.
Sagamore Hills Township has approved phase II of the Canyon View Road restoration project. Once exact details are approved, we will post them on the GVCA website. Again, another detour that will influence our driving on better roads for the future, so please plan accordingly.
Don’t forget semi-annual fees of $227 are due by July 1. Starting July 15, late fees will be accessed so pay early to avoid the last minute fees.
I look forward to serving another term as your president. Please do not hesitate* to reach out to me at 330-655-5566 or e-mail [email protected] with your questions and ideas.
Best wishes,
Scott Gale, GVCA President
