Board Meeting Notes March 2012

• The February 2012 Financial Report
  GVCA is on target with some positive variances in revenue and expenses. The Finance Committee, chaired by Doug Powers, will be presenting a proposed FY 2013 budget at the April meeting. The 2013 budget will be discussed at the May GVCA Board meeting.
• Pool Committee
  Chairperson Alice Sloey presented a revised set of Pool Rules which were approved after minor revisions. The Pool Rules will be posted at locations near the indoor and outdoor pool, published on the website and in the upcoming newsletter.
• Landscape Committee
  Chairperson Beth Dingle noted that in the last 3 months about $3,000 has been spent cleaning up storm damaged and dangerous trees. Several other areas in Greenwood Village are under consideration for clean-up.
• ACCES Committee
  Chairperson Jim Simler again reports that some residents are doing projects before obtaining ACCES approval and reminds residents to look at the website for the ACCES rules and forms before proceeding on any project. The ACCES Committee meets monthly to consider proposals from owners and associations, conducts site visits, and issues letters of approval/disapproval as appropriate.
  There were some drainage issues with a GVCA culvert and condominium property but further research was deemed necessary before a decision could be made on it.
