The GVCA Semi-Annual Assessment of $257 is Due Monday, July 1, 2024. The GVCA Office is open Saturday, June 29, 2024, from 7:30 to 4:00 pm if you want to drop off your payment, but it is Closed Sunday and Monday. If you have not yet paid, don’t panic. If you have no outstanding pervious balance and your bill shows you only owe $257, you have a grace period until July 15 to pay. (For mailed payments we go by the postmark date on the envelope.) However, after July 15 a $30 late fee will be added. Also, a $35 late fee is added every month an account has a past due balance, and is turned over to collections after 3 months, which can result in legal fees and a lien on the property, so please pay promptly.
