Before trying to log into Greenwood’s Buildium Resident Center for the first time, be sure the GVCA office has added your e-mail address into Buildium, or else you will not be able to set up your account. Your e-mail is already entered if you received your last billing statement from GVCA via e-mail. If you did not, then it is likely your e-mail address needs to be added, please e-mail your name, Greenwood street address, and phone number to the GVCA Office at gvca_office@yahoo.com.
Buildium will enable you to pay your GVCA bill online, as well as set up automatic payments to ensure your future payments are always for the right amount and never late. GVCA’s billing is posted once every 6 months. Ensure your automatic payment setup does not miss the posting of that bill by setting your autopay for “monthly”, with the payment date set to the 10th day of the month and the amount set to “Current Balance”. This ensures the full bill is paid before the 15th of the month, so there will be no late fee. The GVCA semi-annual fee in January is always the same as the previous July, so if you want to pay for the whole year, just double the July fee when you make your July payment.
Here is the link to the Resident Login. When selecting a mode to pay, the default setting is “Credit Card”. However, for credit card payments there is an added fee of 2.99%. If you change the setting to “Bank ACH”, then you can pay without any additional fee. You will need either your credit card or your check ACH Routing # and Account # to set up your on-line payment.
