The June Newsletter was mailed, which includes a list of upcoming events (like the Dive-in Movie Party, Friday, June 13), the Ballot for the Monday, June 23, Greenwood Owners Meeting, along with your bill for your GVCA Semi-Annual Assessment.

On July 1 the amount of $265 is due, made payable to “GVCA”. It is for the period from July 1-December 31, 2025 and is an $8 increase over last year. If you have no prior balance, you have until July 15 to pay. On July 16, a $30 late fee will be added to unpaid accounts. Late fees of $35 are added at the end of each month payment is late, in addition to the $30 late fee added after July 15.

If you are one of the few who have a prior balance from January, a late fee of $35 will be added on July 1, and your account turned over for collection, unless at least the prior balance amount is paid by June 30, along with the new assessment of $265 by July 15.
