As posted in the Newsletter, both pools are closed today as we transition over to the indoor pool, which will open at 10:30 am on Tuesday, October 5. Don’t forget to come to Candidates Night, which starts at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, October 5.

We have two wonderful films set in forests and jungles planned for this year’s annual Bonfire by the Lake. Join your neighbors under Greenwood’s forest canopy as we enjoy hot dogs and refreshments. Do to severe Thunderstorms Wednesday, 9/22, and high winds and low temperatures on Thursday, 9/23, the pool will be closed at 2:30 pm Wed and remain closed Thursday. The pool will reopen at the regular time on Friday, 9/24.

In July the Board approved changes to Room Rentals, including having to pay in full for the room earlier, and reduced returns for cancellations, to prevent residents from reserving rooms and then cancelling when it is too late to rent the room to someone else.
