GVCA Budget FY 2014

The GVCA Revenue and Expense budget for FY 2014 (07/01/13 to 06/30/2014) was distributed at the GVCA Annual Meeting at the Clubhouse on June 24, 2013. Capital expenditures in FY 2013 of $203,877 were for repairs and maintenance to the clubhouse and pools, drainage repair in the common area, and new pool chairs. Since the majority of the maintenance for the Clubhouse was completed in FY 2013, the FY 2014 capital budget will focus on repairs to Marshall Lake , bridge repairs in the common area, painting of the indoor pool, tuckpointing of the clubhouse, and landscape improvements.
