The new Semi-Annual Assessment, approved at the May GVCA Board meeting, is $273 and is due July 1, 2026, and January 1, 2027. Buildium was used to e-mail and direct mail the billing. If you received your semi-annual bill/statement via e-mail, you can log into Buildium to pay your bill online via ACH or Credit Card.

If you did not receive your bill via e-mail and would like to log onto Buildium to pay, please e-mail the office your name and address from the e-mail you want to use, asking the GVCA office to add your e-mail to your account. Once the GVCA office enters your e-mail into Buildium, you will be able to log on, set up your account, and then pay your bill. You can also set up auto-pay if you like. If you do, use the “monthly” setting, to ensure it pays your semi-annual fee within 30 days of when we post the bill on your account.
