At the meeting Tuesday, August 19, 2025, the GVCA Board approved an updated version of the Party Room Rental Contract. It is on the drop-down menu under Forms. There are two big changes to the contract. The first is that keys to the building will no longer be given to the Resident Renter. Access to the room rented for set-up will be restricted to 11 am – 7 pm, i.e., when there is GVCA staff at the Club House. Your actual event can extend beyond those hours, as there will be GVCA Security on site for your event.

The other big change is the security deposit for both rooms was made the same, $400. For the Garden Room, this is a $100 increase, with no change for the Community Room. GVCA will honor the old rate for rentals already signed and paid for under the old contract, but as no hours were stated in the old contract, the new hours will apply and keys will not be given out. All new rentals signed after 8/19/2025 must use the new Party Room Rental Contract.

Note: If you want to set up the day before your event, the Early Set-up box must be marked on the contract and the additional fee, $40 for the Garden Room and $60 for the Community Room, must be paid in advance.
