BOARD MEETING NOTES November 2013

• Clubhouse Improvements:
  • The work on the concrete retaining walls as well as the spillway for Marshall Lake was completed on time and within budget.
  • New lights are being evaluated for the Parking lot adjacent to the Clubhouse and Tennis Courts.
  • A ceiling mount has been built for the video projector and will be available for use in the Party rooms.
  • The outdoor Pool has been filled and winterized. A more energy efficient pool heater is being sought for the Pool.
• ACCES: The ACCES committee distributed a report at the meeting.
• Garden: The Garden committee distributed a report at the meeting.
• Landscape: The Landscape committee distributed a report at the meeting.
• Website: The Website committee distributed a report at the meeting.
