BOARD MEETING NOTES October 2013

• The monthly Board of Trustees meeting was held in the Clubhouse at 7:00 PM on October 15.
• Finance: Revenue was slightly behind projections due to a delay in transfer of funds from the reserves. No expenses were out of line with the current projections.
• Clubhouse Improvements:
  • Tuck pointing the Clubhouse is underway
  • Preparations are underway to lower the lake so that work can proceed on the spillway and retaining walls.
• ACCES: The ACCES committee continues to review applications for property improvements as well as review the status of problem properties. Remediation of the violations are proceeding. The property by property report was also reviewed by the chair listing the 23 approvals and applications under review.
• Recreation: Another successful clambake on was held on October 4. Upcoming events include Movie Night on October 26 and the November 9 “Dive-in Movie”.
• Candidates Night Candidates Night was cancelled because of an important School Board meeting and unfortunately it was unable to be rescheduled.
