Enjoy a fun and relaxing start to your weekend. Every Friday in July, enjoy the warm summer night watching the sun set and the stars come out as you float in Greenwood’s beautiful pool. We will stay open for as long as there are more swimmers than lifeguards, up to 10:00 pm, so come early, stay late!
Update: The cracks in the front parking lot and pathways were sealed on Thursday morning, July 7 and the cracks in the back parking lot will be sealed on Friday morning, July 8, weather permitting. Start your Fourth of July holiday celebration a day early at the Greenwood Pool! Come at 2:30 pm on Sunday, July 3rd. We’ll have hot dogs, lemonade, and watermelon! We will also have the big round inflatables out.
The July semi-annual bills have been mailed. If you have not received your bill, please contact the GVCA Office. ZOOTOPIA Has Moved! Now on Saturday, June 18 @ 8:30 pm. The Rain forecast for June 11 is rain all day, 80%, so we are moving the party one week, to Saturday, June 18 at 8:30 pm.
People were asking the pool hours, so here they are. Note: A) Tuesdays after the swim meets we are reopening the pool for residents to race and B) Fridays in July we are staying open as late as 10 pm, as long as by 8 pm there are more people than lifeguards at the pool.
We had great weather this year and over 130 anglers catching fish! Thank you to all the hard working volunteers, and to PS Awards for the medals. The results of 2016 Trout Derby are on the front page of the June Newsletter. (Click on this post to see the links.)
