Paving of Village Club Road will start Tuesday, September 2, and is scheduled to be complete by Friday, October 31, weather permitting. This will be an extensive rebuild, as they are removing the pavement all the way down to the dirt. One lane will be maintained during construction for access to the clubhouse parking lot as well as Mill Race Lane, Pipes Court, Spafford Oval, Tinkers Lane, and the Village Club Condominiums. However, that road may be only gravel at times.

GVCA plans to redo the turnaround in front of the clubhouse at the same time and with a similar construction schedule, so the surface may be rough for a while. Anyone with difficulty walking is advised to use the main parking lot instead.
