Your GVCA Bill was mailed out in May and the Semi-Annual Assessment of $247 is now Due. Thank you to the over 70% who have already paid. For the rest, a $30 Late Fee will be added if not paid by July 15, 2022, so don’t wait.

Note the amount of $247 is an increase of $15 from the amount in January, the first increase in 3 years. The January Fee will also be $247 for those who like to pay the full year ($494) at once.
