If you had no outstanding previous balance, the deadline to pay the current semi-annual assessment of $265 without a late fee is Tuesday, July 15, 2025. On July 16, a $30 late fee will be added to all unpaid accounts, and any accounts with a balance owed will have their activity passes shut off, denying entrance to the pool. If you wait to the last day to pay, we will endeavor to process your check as quickly as possible, but until processed, your activity pass could be turned off for a day or two, so do not delay. If paying after July 15, be sure to include the $30 late fee. A $35 late fee will added at the end of this month, and every month, as long as there is an unpaid balance.
