Situated in a striking lakeside setting, the Greenwood Village Playground provides a fun gathering place for Greenwood Village residents, both young and young at heart.

Updated in the summers of 2018 and 2019, the original Pacific Cascade play-set was restored and rebuilt to ensure it will last many more years. The play area was enlarged and two new play-sets were added in the summer of 2018, including a metal climbing dome and a Kidcraft “Lookout Lodge” play-set.

In the summer of 2019 a 10 foot high two-person swing-set was added near the footbridge that crosses the stream. Benches and picnic tables provide a comfortable place to relax and replenish while keeping an eye on little ones as they play.

If needed, restrooms are located in the Clubhouse, and accessible via the outdoor or indoor pool entrances, depending on the time of year.

Remember, Greenwood Village is private, the playground and other amenities are only for the enjoyment of residents and their guests. All guests MUST be accompanied by a resident.

Greenwood has private security which may ask residents for proof of residency, such as their Greenwood Village Activity Pass, which every resident should carry whenever using any Greenwood amenity.
