Dear Greenwood Owners, we are getting ready to print and distribute the new ACCES Procedures and Rules.

We are required to ensure every property owner in Greenwood is aware of the new rules and has them available.
Twelve years ago, we did so by printing over twelve hundred copies and delivering them throughout Greenwood.

Each time we made a change, we had to mail the new pages to over twelve hundred addresses, and hope everyone inserted those new pages into their copy.

Now we are in the digital age, so we can be more efficient and save both time and money, but we need your help!

We need each owner to sign the waiver below, agreeing to access the ACCES rules on the web site. (This is the same waiver that came with your July semi-annual bill.)

Benefits:

• You never have to worry about losing your copy of the ACCES Procedures and Rules.
• GVCA saves the cost of printing and shipping you a copy, which saves Greenwood owners’ money.
• You never have to bother with updating your copy with future changes.
• GVCA saves the cost of printing and shipping you the future changes, again saving money.

You are likely to use the website version anyways, since it is so much easier to navigate than the paper copy, so why not save you and the other Greenwood owners’ money at the same time?

If you do not fill out the waiver soon and mail it or drop it at the GVCA Office, we will have to print and send you the paper copy, so please don’t delay, and thanks for your help!
