7/1/2026 Update – MokoPass is ready for residents to sign-up. Please follow the “Primary Set-up” and “Adding Residents” step-by-step instructions linked at the bottom of the page. Instructions for purchasing guest passes will be added soon.
MokoPass is the new Activity Pass System created to provide residents of Greenwood, along with their guests, access to Greenwood’s amenities, specifically, the indoor and outdoor pools. It will enable you to:
- Set up activity passes for you and your family on your phone, tablet or PC.
- Buy both Year and Day guest passes ahead of time online, any time you want. (No need to go to the GVCA office or wait while a lifeguard makes change to sell you a pass at the gate.)
- Enter the pool without having to bring anything but your swimsuit.
If you have a barcode pass that works with the old system, please continue to use it at the pool until we send you an e-mail* invitation to join MokoPass. If you can log into Buildium, or received your semi-annual bill via e-mail, we have your e-mail address. If you cannot log into Buildium and did not get your bill via e-mail, please e-mail your cell phone # and address to gvca_office@yahoo.com so we can enter it into Buildium and e-mail your invitation*.
*If you do not have e-mail, please stop by during office hours and we’ll manually set you up in MokoPass.

Before you begin setting up your household in MokoPass:
- Select who will be the Primary account for your household. It should be one of the owners listed on your semi-annual GVCA bill or the renter on the lease with Williamsburg. They need to already have their e-mail address entered in Buildium.
- Take pictures (face shots) of every member of your household.
- For every member of your household take a picture of a document that verifies they live at your address. Click here for the list of acceptable Proof of Residency documents.
Primary Account Set-up Instructions: Open this Primary Set-up document for step-by-step instructions. Please read the instructions first! Then go to Greenwood’s MokoPass System and set up the Primary Account for your home. When you reach the point where it says “Waiting for Approval”, you have completed your setup. The GVCA office will be reviewing and approving accounts during business hours, given the volume it could take up to 2 business days.
