Starting Wednesday, August 19, 2026, the Outdoor Pool will be closing one hour earlier as we go to School Season Hours, closing at 8 pm Monday – Thursday and 7 pm Friday – Sunday.

The MokoPass system is now integrated with Buildium. If you owe a balance on your Buildium account, all passes associated with your unit will be suspended in MokoPass until paid in full.

Thank you to everyone who paid on time. For the few who have not yet paid, a $35 late fee is added each month the account is unpaid, and any accounts past due after September 31 will be turned over for collection, which can result in a lien on the property and possible foreclosure, with all collection costs added to the unit’s account.
