Board Meeting  Notes April 2013

• Financial Report: The Finance Committee presented a proposed budget for FY 2014 for review. It will be discussed and a vote on adoption will occur at the May Board meeting. The Board will request a refund of an overpayment of Greenwood’s sewer bill.
• ACCES: The ACCES committee continues to work on a problem property as well as project approvals throughout Greenwood Village.
• New Pool Chairs:The Board approved an order for 30 new lounge chairs for the pool.
• Garden Committee: The Garden Committee is planning on expanding the Garden at no cost as the demand for garden plots has increased.
• Website Committee: The Website Committee presented a proposal to be included in the FY 2014 Budget to improve the GVCA website.
• Recreation Committee: The Recreation Committee is finalizing the Trout Derby planning.
