GVCA is implementing a new accounting system by Buildium. If you are having trouble setting up your account, please attend one of the four training classes scheduled in December; 10 am and 7 pm on Wednesday, Dec 10, and 10 am and 7 pm on Thursday, Dec 18. The classes will be held in the Garden Room. Bring a check to the class if you would like to pay your bill online or in person. Buildium charges no transaction fee to residents who use EPay* to deduct the semi-annual fee from their bank account. Be sure to switch the choice from “Credit Card” to “Bank Account” when setting up your payment. If you prefer to pay with your credit card, bring your credit card to the class, there is a 2.99% fee charge added to credit card payments. There is a QR Code link to the app in the December newsletter, which was delivered to your home on Monday, November 24, and a link at the top right corner of the website, called Resident Login.

All the semi-annual bills were mailed by Buildium on December 5, so watch your mailbox. We will also e-mail the bill to those accounts for which we have an e-mail on file, so watch your e-mail and check your junk folder. This mandatory $265 semi-annual assessment covers January 1 through July 30, 2026 and is due January 1, 2026. After January 15, 2026, a $30 late fee will be added to all unpaid accounts.
