If you did not receive your statement via e-mail, you can still create and log into your Buildium account using your address from your paper statement. You should receive your paper statement for the GVCA January semi-annual fee in the mail in the next day or two, if you have not already received it. You must enter your address exactly as it is shown on your statement in order to create your login. You can use the “Resident Login” link at the top of this website to go to the login site.

If you are having trouble setting up your account, please attend one of the two remaining training classes scheduled at 10 am and 7 pm on Thursday, Dec 18. The classes will be held in the Garden Room. Bring a check to the class if you would like to pay your bill online or in person. Buildium charges no transaction fee to residents who use EPay* to deduct the semi-annual fee from their bank account. Be sure to switch the choice from “Credit Card” to “Bank Account” when setting up your payment. If you prefer to pay with your credit card, bring your credit card to the class, there is a 2.99% fee charge added to credit card payments. This mandatory $265 semi-annual assessment covers January 1 through July 30, 2026 and is due January 1, 2026. After January 15, 2026, a $30 late fee will be added to all unpaid accounts.
