Reminder, the GVCA Semi-Annual Fee of $265 due date is January 1, 2026. If you do not have a prior balance, you have a grace period up to January 15, 2026, to pay, after which a $30 late fee will be added. Click on the “Resident Login” link on the main page to use our new Buildium app to pay directly from your bank account, saving you money and time. Be sure to select “Bank Account” to avoid the 2.99% charge on Credit Cards. We are still missing e-mails from many residents, and we need to enter your e-mail into the system so that you can set up your account. If you are having trouble logging in, or have not gotten your bill, please contact the GVCA Office at 330-467-7036. The GVCA Office will be open Wednesday, New Years Eve, closed on Thursday, New Years Day, and will be open normal hours on Friday, January 2. The pool is open normal hours New Years Eve, closed News Years Day, and will open on 10:30 am on Friday, January 2.
