GVCA is going to a new accounting system by Buildium. Buildium will be mailing and e-mailing the GVCA semi-annual bill the first week in December, so watch your mailbox and inbox for your GVCA semi-annual bill, which is due January 1, 2026. This mandatory $265 semi-annual assessment covers January 1 through July 30, 2026. There is a QR Code link to the app in the December newsletter, which was delivered to your home on Monday, November 24. Our goal is to go live the first week in December. Please be patient, as this will be all new for the staff as well.
