The GVCA bill for the January 2018 Semi-Annual Fee was mailed out Monday, December 18.  If you have not yet received your bill, please contact the GVCA office. If you had no previous balance the amount due is $222.
NOTE FEE AND DEADLINE CHANGE:
Last day to pay without penalty is January 15, 2018, after which time a late fee of $30 is added and use of the facilities is denied.  Additional late fees of $35 are added to unpaid accounts at the end of January and every month end thereafter.  These changes were approved by the GVCA Board in November to encourage all GVCA owners to pay their fee on time.  These changes are noted in the December and January newsletters, and are highlighted here and on the top of the bill to ensure everyone can avoid these late fees.
