Dear Residents, the June 2021 Newsletter is published. Learn about the outdoor pool hours and classes, the results of the May GVCA meeting (hint, the trustees didn’t raise the GVCA fee), and the upcoming annual GVCA Owners meeting on Monday, June 14. The invitations and ballots for the GVCA Owners meeting were mailed out in May, and the GVCA semi-annual fee bills were mailed out the beginning of June. There is a drop box outside the building door if you want to drop off your payment.
