At the meeting Tuesday evening, May 15, 2018, the Greenwood Village Community Association Trustees approved an increase to the GVCA Semi-Annual Fee for the next fiscal year.

The new GVCA Semi-Annual Fee is now $227, due July 1, 2018. The bill for the fee will be mailed in the beginning of June.
However, if you would like to pay in advance, or to program your payment into your bill payment system, you are welcome to do so.  Be sure to include your account number with your payment, it is the first 8 digits of your activity pass number.  Remember to pay on time, as after July 15, a late fee will be accessed.

If you like, you can also pay ahead or program your January 1, 2019, payment of $227, as the January Semi-Annual Fee always matches the previous July Semi-Annual Fee.

All unit owners in Greenwood, whether they own single family homes, condominiums, townhouses, or apartments, are responsible for paying the GVCA Semi-Annual Fee for each unit they own.
