Happy Groundhog Day, looks like 6 more weeks of winter!  The February newsletter is posted, with a list of all the events for the year, including the Greenwood’s Mardi Gras party on Friday, the 17th.  The caterer needs an estimate of how many people are attending by Friday, February 10th.  Please let us know you plan to go, especially if you cannot drop off your form by then, to ensure there is plenty of food.

On Monday, the 20th, We will be having our Presidents’ Day Dive-in Movie party at 1 pm, with snacks and drinks.

Thank you to all the people who already paid their semi-annual assessment that was due January 1. For the few who have not yet sent in your check, with late fees the amount owed is now $312, if you had no 2022 balance on your account.  You have until February 28 to pay and avoid the next $35 late fee.  Bills have been mailed to those who owe.  Contact the GVCA office at 330-467-7036 if you have a question about your bill.
