We will be going to summer pool hours starting June 4, so the pool will be open until 9:00 pm Monday-Thursday and until 8:00 pm Friday-Sunday. Remember to be out of the pool 15 minutes before closing time. Always exit via the Pool Gate and remember to scan out, so we keep an accurate count of the people at the pool. On days when we are crowded and reach the pool limit, not clocking out prevents us from allowing residents to enter.

The semi-annual GVCA assessment of $257 was mailed 5/31/2024 to all owners in Greenwood, along with the June Newsletter and the Ballot for the GVCA Annual Owners meeting to be held on Monday, on June 24. You can drop off your Ballot at the GVCA office if you are unable to attend. If you want to renew your guest passes, just add $20 to the payment of your GVCA assessment.
