Update – The Post Office is aware that this Mailbox is not set up for car drop-off. A drop chute modification kit is ordered for the new mailbox, it should be installed at the same time the mailbox is painted.
The Big Blue USPS Mailbox is back! Our local Postmaster had the regional repair center raise the priority and it was installed today (Tuesday, May 9, 2017).
It still needs to be painted, so if mailing something urgent, please wait until you see the new label with the hours posted on it before you use it.
