Reminder – Payment Due July 1
The GVCA Semi-Annual Assessment of $257 is Due Monday, July 1, 2024. The GVCA Office is open Saturday, June 29, 2024, from 7:30 to 4:00 pm if you want to drop off your payment, but it is Closed Sunday and Monday. If you have not yet paid, don’t panic. Summer Events 2024
Our first Dive-in Movie is Friday, June 14 at 6:30 pm. The GVCA Annual Owners Meeting is 7:30 pm Monday, June 24, 2024. Here is a list of all our fun summer events.
Outdoor Pool Opens 10:30 am 6/7/24
The 10 HP pump motor has been reinstalled and the outdoor pool is now up and running. The outdoor pool will open for regular swim at the normal time 10:30 am. Big Thank You to CP Electric who fixed the motor in less than 24 hours by replacing the failing bearings and installing new seals.
Pool Hours, Billing, and Ballot
We will be going to summer pool hours starting June 4, so the pool will be open until 9:00 pm Monday-Thursday and until 8:00 pm Friday-Sunday. Remember to be out of the pool 15 minutes before closing time. Always exit via the Pool Gate and remember to scan out, so we keep an accurate count… Read more »

We have sold out of flower baskets! If you missed out, remember to order early next year. Thank you to everyone who placed an order for helping to make Greenwood more beautiful. We will be delivering the flower baskets to the address on your form the week of May 6.
Waterfall Canyon Hike Saturday, April 20, 2024
Looks like the weather is going to cooperate, so our annual Waterfall and Canyon Hike starts from the Club House parking lot at 9 am Saturday, April 20. Dress for the weather and wear waterproof boots!
