Included in the newsletter is a list of events, including the dive-in Movie Party Friday, 6/12, and link to the Buildium Resident Login so you can pay your GVCA semi-annual fee of $273 online, due 7/1, 2026. On the back page is the Ballot for the 2026 GVCA Owner’s meeting at 7:30 pm on Monday, June 22.

There is also a link to the new Greenwood MokoPass system for setting up your new pool passes. Still bring your barcode passes to the pool, we will continue to use the old barcode system until we have everyone transitioned over to MokoPass.
