First, there will be a contractor digging up a section of Mill Race Road near Village Club Drive tomorrow morning, Wednesday, January 13th, (or as soon as WEATHER PERMITS). Traffic will be using only one side of the road to pass. Please be patient and take turns in allowing usage in that area and be mindful of the contactors and their equipment as well. Full access to the road will be available again after the project is completed which should only take several hours.

Second, a quick Reminder that Thursday, January 15, is the deadline to pay your GVCA semi-annual fee of $265. Please drop your payment off at the GVCA office or in the GVCA Drop Box, or use the “Resident Login” link to use our new Buildium app to pay electronically from your bank or with your credit card.
