There is a $30 late being added to any account that has not paid the semi-annual fee by July 15, 2026. If you have not yet paid, please do so ASAP. Go to the Buildium Resident Login to you can pay your GVCA semi-annual fee of $273 online. (You can only log in if we already have your e-mail address.) Set up autopay so you do not have to worry about missing the next deadline of January 1, 2027, which will be for $273. (The January amount always matches the previous July.)
