Phase 3 – The parking lot is closed for asphalt removal and base installation. The contractor has completed the new concrete curbs and drainage. The corroded conduit to the parking lot lights is being replaced, so there may be no lighting at night. Please use caution and do not enter the parking lot or construction area until reopened by the contractor. Stay away from the edges of the parking lot and do not cross the warning tape, fences, safety cones and other construction barricades. Park in the front turnaround, on Village Parkway, or on Village Club Road, but not near the parking lot entrance to keep it clear for construction vehicles. To access the Community Room, enter through the Indoor Pool/Office entrance or through the Garden Room Entrance.

The Tennis Courts are temporarily CLOSED due to construction. The gates have been locked, so please do not try to cross the construction barricades. We will reopen them as quickly as possible, but until then, watch this website for when we post that the tennis courts have re-opened. Do not cross the construction barriers to access the lake or playground, go south of the Clubhouse and around the lake instead.
